Spread into cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 400°.
Mix 7 eggs and 1/2 c. milk. Microwave for 3 minutes, stir, microwave 3 minutes more.
Add to cooked hash browns.
Add shredded cheese.
Add ham, mushrooms, onions, green peppers or any other favorite topping.
Bake an additional 10 minutes at 400°.
