Easy Beef Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef, drained, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. uncooked rice and 1 can tomato soup diluted with 1 can water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Chop the cabbage, salt and pepper to taste.
Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Brown ground beef with chopped onion, drain.
Stir in uncooked rice. Place meat and rice mixture on cabbage, salt and pepper again to taste.
Cover with tomato soup and cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
