Easy Baked Beans
Easy Baked Beans is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 to 18 oz.) cans pork and beans, 1/4 c. brown sugar (may increase to 3/4 c. if desired), 1 to 2 tsp. dry mustard, 6 slices bacon, cut into pieces and 1/2 c. catsup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Empty 1 can pork and beans into bottom of greased casserole. Combine sugar and mustard; sprinkle half of mixture over beans. Sprinkle the rest of sugar-mustard, chopped bacon and catsup over beans.
Or, if you prefer, you may combine all of the ingredients together.
Bake, uncovered, in slow oven (325Β°) for 2 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
