"Easy as Pie" Spinach Pie
"Easy As Pie" Spinach Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pillsbury ready made pie crust, 3 eggs, 1 c. grated swiss cheese and 1 pkg. seabrook farms frozen creamed spinach (family size), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Place pie crust in pie dish to line bottom and sides of pie dish.
Cook frozen creamed spinach following package directions; pour into bowl.
Whisk together the eggs.
Add eggs to spinach mixture, then add Swiss cheese.
Mix well with spoon.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake 1 hour at 350°. Serve as a side dish or with a Greek salad for lunch.
