Easy Apple Dumplings
Easy Apple Dumplings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. apples, peeled and cut into eighths, 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls, 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles.
Cut each in half lengthwise to make 16 triangles.
Place an apple slice at wide end of each triangle and roll up.
Arrange in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over rolls.
Pour orange juice into pan, but not over rolls.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
If you like more tender apples, cover with aluminum foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
