Easy Apple Crisp is an easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1 c. maypo 30 second oatmeal, 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine and 1 can (1 lb. 4 oz.) apple pie filling, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix dry ingredients together; blend in melted butter.
Press two-thirds of mixture into a lightly buttered 8-inch square cake pan.
Cover with pie filling.
Sprinkle with remaining Maypo mixture.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned.
Cool; cut into squares.
Serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
