Eastern Slaw
Eastern Slaw is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. wine vinegar, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. grated ginger, 1/4 tsp. minced garlic and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a small jar, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and salt.
Shake until salt dissolves.
Add the oil and shake again to combine. Shred the cabbage. A few hours before serving, combine cabbage, peas and dressing in a large bowl.
Toss to combine.
Can also add 1/2 cup chopped peanuts.
