Easter Pineapple Stuffing
Easter Pineapple Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soft butter, 1 c. sugar, 1 large can crushed pineapple, cinnamon and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Drain pineapple; set aside.
Cream butter with sugar and beat in the eggs, one at a time.
Stir in pineapple.
Remove the crusts from bread and then cube, before adding to mixture (gently).
Pour into greased baking pan. Put foil over the pan and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 10 minutes, until the top has browned.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
