Easiest Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/4 c. self-rising flour, 2 tsp. sugar and 2/3 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat oven to 450Β°.
In a skillet, melt butter in oven.
Remove pan from oven.
Measure flour and sugar into bowl.
Add buttermilk.
Stir just until dough forms, about 30 strokes.
Turn dough onto well-floured cloth covered (or waxed paper) board. Roll dough to coat with flour.
Knead lightly, about 10 times. Roll out less than 1/2 inch thick.
Cut with floured biscuit cutter.
Dip each in butter on both sides.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
