Earthquake Dessert
Earthquake Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with shredded coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick soft margarine and 1 lb. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add enough shredded coconut to cover bottom.
Sprinkle chopped nuts over coconut.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Pour over coconut and nut layer.
Combine margarine, sugar and softened cream cheese.
Stir until smooth.
Spoon over cake mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes until done.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
