Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 stick butter and 1 pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Make cake mix according to directions.
Grease and flour pan. Sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of pan.
Pour cake mix over nuts.
Mix butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Pour over top of cake mix.
Bake 55 minutes at 350Β°.
