Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 stick oleo, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and oleo until creamy.
Set aside. In bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan, spread nuts and coconut.
Mix cake mix as directed.
Spread over nut mixture.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over unbaked cake at random.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
