Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 german chocolate cake mix (mix as directed on box), 1 stick butter and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In the bottom of the pan, put in coconut and nuts.
Add on top of that the German chocolate cake mix (mixed up).
Melt butter and mix together with cream cheese and confectioner sugar.
Spread on top of cake.
Bake 45 minutes or until done.
