Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. chopped pecans, c. coconut, german chocolate cake mix, (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese and margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease well a 9 x 13-inch sheet pan. Put coconut on bottom of pan, then sprinkle the pecans.
Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour over pecans.
In another bowl cream together the powdered sugar, margarine, cream cheese and vanilla.
Spoon this mixture over cake mix.
Bake for 45 minutes. Cake should crack in the middle.
