Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cup coconut, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1/2 cup margarine and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grease 9 x 13 cake pan.
Spread coconut and nuts in bottom.
Mix one box of German chocolate cake mix according to directions.
Spread across nuts and coconut.
Cream together till soft: margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Drop by spoonfuls across the cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Cut and serve upside down.
The bottom is the frosting.
