Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 to 1 1/2 c. angel flake coconut, 1 box confectioners sugar and 1 stick margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease but do not flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan, then sprinkle coconut over nuts.
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
