Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put coconut and nuts in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Make cake mix according to directions on package.
Pour over nuts and coconut. Melt margarine and mix with cream cheese; stir in powdered sugar. Spoon on dots on top of cake mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cook at 350Β°.
