Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. coconut, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
In an oblong pan (sprayed with Pam), spread nuts on the bottom of the pan and place coconut on top of the nuts.
Mix cake mix as per directions; pour over coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together.
Add powdered sugar; pour over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
