Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 52 minutes. Made with c. coconut, c. pecans, box cake mix with pudding (devil's food or chocolate chip), cube butter and (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add coconut (not to edge of pan). Next, add pecans on top of coconut.
Mix boxed cake according to directions; pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar; spoon over cake batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
