Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut and 1 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease 9-inch x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over pecans and coconut.
Beat cream cheese and softened margarine.
Add sugar.
Drizzle over raw cake dough.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
