Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick butter, melted, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spray pan with Pam.
Mix coconut and nuts and put in bottom of pan (1st layer).
Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over 1st layer.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, melted butter and vanilla and pour over 2nd layer.
Bake at 350Β° about 45 to 50 minutes.
