Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1 stick butter and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease and flour 9 X 13 pan.
Mix chopped pecans and coconut and put in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour over pecans and coconut.
Cream margarine and cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls onto cake mixture in pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
