Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped pecans, 6 oz. coconut, german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick butter, melted and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease bottom of 9X13 pan.
Spread chopped pecans on bottom of pan.
Sprinkle coconut over pecans. Mix German Chocolate cake mix as directed and spread over coconut and pecans.
Melt butter and 8 ounces cream cheese in sauce pan. Slowly add powdered sugar.
Pour over top of cake mix and bake 45 minutes.
Serve plain or topped with Cool Whip and a strawberry.
