Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 box german chocolate mix, 1/2 c. oleo and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease bottom of 10 x 14-inch pan.
Mix pecans and coconut; spread in bottom of pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla with oleo.
Spread over cake batter.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
Serves 12 to 15.
