Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. coconut and 1/2 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Spread nuts and coconut on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Soften margarine and cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar and mix well.
Pour over cake mix evenly.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until cake is done.
