Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 stick oleo, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix cream cheese, sugar and oleo until creamy.
Set aside. In bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan, spread nuts and coconut.
Mix cake mix as directed.
Spread over nut mixture.
Spoon cream cheese mixture over unbaked cake at random.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
