Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can coconut, 1 c. nuts, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature and 1 stick margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake mix according to package directions.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine. Spread over top of batter.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
