Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 swiss chocolate or german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick oleo and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put the coconut and chopped nuts in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the cake mix.
Pour batter over nuts and coconut.
Mix oleo, cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Spoon this over cake batter. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
