Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 lb. confectioners sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Spray bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Mix pecans and coconut and spread on bottom of pan.
Mix cake according to box directions, then pour over pecan/coconut mixture.
Blend softened margarine, cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Spread on top of cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
No need for frosting.
