Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1/2 c. pecans, 1/2 c. coconut flakes, 1/2 lb. powdered sugar and 8 oz. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease and flour Bundt cake pan.
Sprinkle pecans and coconut on bottom of pan.
Mix cake as directed and spread over nuts and coconut.
Cream together sugar, margarine and cream cheese.
Spoon over cake mix without touching the edges of the pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes up to 50 minutes until edges pull from sides of pan.
Cool completely before turning out onto serving plate.
