Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. coconut, 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans), 1/2 c. margarine, melted and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare cake mix as instructed on box.
Spread coconut and nuts in bottom of dish 13 x 9.
Pour cake mix over nuts and coconut.
Combine melted margarine, cream cheese and 2 cups of powdered sugar.
Beat until smooth.
Pour over cake batter and bake at 350Β° for 45 to 55 minutes.
