Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. coconut, 1 c. pecans, german chocolate cake mix, 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix coconut and pecans and press into pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Prepare German chocolate cake according to directions.
Pour over first mixture.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and margarine and spoon over cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
