Spray 9 x 13-inch pan and put coconut and nuts in bottom of pan.
Prepare mix according to package.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
Mix oleo, cream cheese and powdered sugar; put on top, using teaspoon.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
