Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box swiss chocolate cake mix, 1 c. coconut, 1/2 c. pecan pieces, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix according to directions. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan and sprinkle coconut in bottom of the pan. Sprinkle pecans on top of this; pour cake mix over this.
Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1/2 stick butter until creamy.
By the spoonful, blob on top of the cake mix. Bake in oven at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until done.
