Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 1 pkg. coconut, 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 box powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake mix.
Sprinkle pecans on top of coconut.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, margarine and vanilla. Spoon over top of cake mix, coconut and pecans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Cake will crack after baking.
