Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped pecans, 2 c. coconut, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Butter bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on package and pour over pecans and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, oleo and confectioners sugar until real creamy.
Drop by tablespoon all over cake; it will cover cake.
Do not smooth out.
Put foil under pan in case it spills over.
Bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.
