Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1/2 c. margarine, softened and 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Spray a 9 x 13-inch cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer coconut and chopped pecans in prepared pan.
Prepare cake mix using package directions.
Pour over layers.
Combine margarine, cream cheese and vanilla in mixer bowl; beat well.
Add confectioners sugar; beat well.
Spread over batter.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour, or until cake tests done.
Yields 15 servings.
