Earthquake Cake
Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped nuts, 1 (3 oz.) can coconut, 1 box devil's food chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine and 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Sprinkle chopped nuts and coconut in pan.
Mix box of cake mix according to directions.
Pour over coconut and nuts.
Melt together margarine and cream cheese.
Add powdered sugar and stir.
Pour over cake batter.
Bake according to cake directions.
