Earthquake Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. coconut, 1 c. pecans, 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix (2 layer), 1 stick margarine, softened and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix coconut and pecans. Place in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to package directions.
Pour over coconut mixture.
Mix margarine, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Pour over chocolate mixture.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
