Earth Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. nuts, 1 c. coconut, 1 german chocolate cake mix, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover pan with nuts and coconut.
Mix cake mix as directed on the box.
Spread over unbaked cake a mixture of cream cheese, oleo, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Can serve with Cool Whip.
