E-Z Beef Burgundy
E-Z Beef Burgundy is an easy dinner. Made with approximately 2 lb. lean beef, cut in cubes (round or family steak), 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 can mushrooms (optional) and 1 c. any kind wine (burgundy is best but whatever you have will do fine), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Put everything into casserole dish or pan that has tight-fitting cover.
Bake at 325Β° for at least 1 1/2 hours.
(May cook longer and it improves rather than spoils the dish.)
Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
