Dutch Oven Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean chuck steak, cubed, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 bunch carrots, sliced like coins, 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed and 1 can sweet peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put all ingredients in Dutch oven or covered casserole.

Cover and bake for 4 hours.
