Dutch Meatballs

Form into small balls and saute quickly in 2 tablespoons of hot oil.
When meatballs are sauteed, put them all in skillet. Add 2 tablespoons tomato purΓ©e and 1 cup beef stock or bouillon. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Let stand for several hours or overnight. Just before serving, reheat, but do not boil.
Add 1 cup sour cream.
