Dutch Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 3 slices bacon, chopped, 1/2 c. onions, sliced, 4 c. carrots, cooked and diced and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Fry bacon until crisp and remove from pan. Cook onion in drippings. Add carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Turn carrots into hot vegetable dish and garnish with bacon.
