Dutch Bread
Dutch Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 2 c. white sugar, 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. oil and 4 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In mixing bowl, beat eggs and add white sugar and brown sugar.
Beat well.
Next, add oil.
Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk to eggs and sugar. Add raisins and nuts. Bake in four 1 pound coffee cans that have been sprayed with nonstick Pam.
Cook for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Cool 20 minutes and remove.
Makes 4 beautiful round coffee cakes. Each slice is round and moist. Freezes well.
