Durkee Vegetables
Durkee Vegetables is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination, thawed, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes or until golden brown.
