Durkee Chicken

Wrap each breast with 1 slice ham and 1 slice Swiss cheese. Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and Durkee's spread.
Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Spread sour cream mixture over chicken.
Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 250Β°.
