"Dumplins"
"Dumplins" is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 stick oleo or butter, softened, 2 eggs, beaten, 3/4 c. flour (all-purpose), 3/4 c. flour (self-rising) and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine flour and salt.
Add butter and eggs.
Mix and form a stiff dough.
Roll out and cut into strips and squares.
Drop into broth that is boiling.
When all dumplins are added, cover and turn burner off and allow to remain covered for 15 minutes.

Serve.
