Dumplings
Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 tsp. salt, 8 tsp. baking powder, margarine (size of an egg) and 2 c. chicken broth (approximately, enough to make soft dough), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix well with a fork.
Turn out on floured board and knead gently, about 1/2 minute.
Roll dough about as thin as pie dough. Cut in strips, 1 1/2-inches wide, 3-inches long.
Have broth boiling hot.
Drop one at a time.
Never stir, just shake the kettle gently.
Boil 10 minutes and then lower heat.
