Drum Stick Cake

Mix first 3 ingredients and press into 9 x 13 glass pan. Spread ice cream over Cocoa Krispie mixture.
Spread hot fudge over ice cream.
Sprinkle peanuts on last.
Freeze overnight. Serve frozen.
